The Board of Ultima
is pleased to announce that the Company has been accepted as a member of the “REAL√”

Professor
Humayun Mughal, Chairman and CEO of Ultima, said:
“The acceptance of Ultima as a member of the Renewable Energy Assurance scheme
is another step in the Green Power division’s intention to develop into the UK
market for the supply of Solar PV based green energy solutions. The division intends
to apply the know how it has developed in Spain and Italy to the deployment of
quality Solar PV solutions throughout the U.K. taking advantage of the government
backed feed-in tariff’s for micro generation schemes which commenced in April
2010. The “REAL√” scheme reinforces the high standards being established
by the company in the design and supply of efficient and quality PV solutions.”
