In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Ultima confirms  that  the  Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended  31  December 2008, and the Notice of Annual General Meeting, have been posted to shareholders today.

The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be available, in electronic form, for download on the Company's website www.ultima-networks.co.uk 

The  Directors  have convened the Annual General Meeting of the Company  for  27 July 2009 at 1p.m. at Akhter House, Perry Road, Harlow, Essex CM18 7PN.
